The IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (APCCAS) is the regional flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in the Asia and Pacific Region (Region10). APCCAS 2026 will be held at the ACROS Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan, from October 25th to 28th, 2026. The conference theme of APCCAS 2026 is “Towards Creative-AI from Silicon-SeaBelt”, which is aligned with the Kyushu Island-originated idea of establishing a research and development base for semiconductor integrated circuit design in Asia-Pacific countries.
Notice: Travel Disruptions Due to Typhoons or Other Severe Weather
We understand that some participants are concerned that a typhoon or other severe weather may prevent them from arriving in Fukuoka as planned.
If it becomes certain that your travel will be affected and you will not be able to give your presentation as scheduled (for example, because of a flight cancellation), please contact us as soon as possible at program@apccas2026.org. We will consider alternative arrangements, such as an online presentation.
In your e-mail, please include:
- Your paper ID
- Session ID
- The name of the presenter
- A brief description of the situation
- e.g., a canceled flight and your expected arrival time, if known.
Please note that we will not be able to arrange alternatives for all cases, especially when we are contacted at the last minute. We kindly ask you to contact us as early as possible once the impact is confirmed.
We will post updates on this page if the conference schedule is affected.
