speeches, and an evening banquet. Enjoy a special opportunity to discover Japanese

Important Information: Bus Transportation to Yanagawa
Yanagawa is outside central Fukuoka, and bus transportation is required for this
program.
- Bus Departure: Eleven buses will depart in sequence from near ACROS Fukuoka (the conference venue) between 11:00 and 12:00.
- Travel Time: The bus ride from Fukuoka City to Yanagawa takes approximately 1.5 hours.
- Lunch: A boxed lunch will be provided on the bus.
- Sightseeing: Free sightseeing in Yanagawa.

11:00 – 12:00 | Bus Transfer to Yanagawa
Eleven buses will depart in sequence from near ACROS Fukuoka. Boxed lunches will
be provided during the bus journey, and sightseeing will begin upon arrival.

15:00–17:00 | Two Keynote Speeches (Ohana)
Enjoy two special keynote presentations at Ohana in Yanagawa.
17:30 – 19:30 | Banquet (Ohana)
Enjoy an evening of dining and networking with fellow APCCAS participants.
After the Banquet | Return to Fukuoka City
Return bus transportation will be provided after the banquet concludes.
