The IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (APCCAS) is the regional flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in the Asia and Pacific Region (Region10). APCCAS 2026 will be held at the ACROS Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan, from October 25th to 28th, 2026. The conference theme of APCCAS 2026 is “Towards Creative-AI from Silicon-SeaBelt”, which is aligned with the Kyushu Island-originated idea of establishing a research and development base for semiconductor integrated circuit design in Asia-Pacific countries.
