Authors who have not received a notification are requested to check their spam folders and/or to contact apccas@epapers.org to request that the notification be resent, providing paper ID, title, and correct email address.

Publication Policy of the Accepted Papers
- An accepted paper must be presented at the conference by an author registered.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the regular registration rate no later than August 4, 2026 in order for the paper to be included in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- If an author has more than two accepted papers, an additional full registration is required for every two papers.
- Student-rate (including life member) registrations cannot be used to cover any accepted papers.
- If an accepted paper is not presented in person at the conference (without prior approval from the TPC), the paper will be included in the conference proceedings but not in IEEE Xplore.
