The IEEE CASS Conference Leadership Workshop in Japan is organized by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) in cooperation with the IEEE Japan Council and the APCCAS 2026 Organizing Committee.The workshop aims to provide conference organizers, IEEE Organizational Units (OUs), and volunteer leaders — particularly those from IEEE Region 10 — with practical knowledge, resources, skills, and tools for successfully organizing IEEE CASS-sponsored conferences.Participants will have a unique opportunity to learn from distinguished CASS leaders and experienced conference organizers who have played key roles in major international conferences. Through talks and discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into conference planning and management, technical program organization, financial management, and other key elements required to successfully organize a CASS conference. The workshop will feature prominent speakers with extensive experience in organizing successful CASS conferences, including:
