IEEE CASS Young Professionals Career Development and Networking Forum— Open the Door to the World! —
Date: Sunday, October 25, 2026
Time: 14:30-17:00
The IEEE CASS Young Professionals Career Development and Networking Forum is an interactive event designed to connect researchers, engineers, students, and professionals across generations, career stages, and backgrounds. The event will feature invited speakers from academia and industry, who will share their personal career journeys, international experiences, challenges, and lessons learned. Rather than focusing only on technical achievements, the speakers will talk openly about career choices, opportunities, leadership, international collaboration, and what they have learned along the way. Following the career talks, an interactive panel discussion will provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions and hear different perspectives on career development and professional life.
The event will conclude with small-group discussions and networking, where participants can exchange ideas, share their own experiences, and make new connections with researchers and professionals from around the world.
Who should attend?
The event is particularly aimed at Young Professionals, graduate students, and early-career researchers and engineers, but all IEEE CASS members are very welcome to join!
Whether you are just starting your career, considering your next career step, an experienced researcher or engineer, or simply interested in connecting with colleagues from around the world, we encourage you to participate.
Come and meet new people, discover new possibilities, and open the door to your future!
Open the Door to the World!
